Fire cooking in the Wilderness
We love cooking outside over open fire and in front of your guests, not only is it great eating, there is a certain theatre to it which makes it so much more of an experience. This allows you to venture away from the conventional set up of a BBQ and really explore the variety of what outdoor cooking has to offer. Feasting menus based around local ingredients are are our speciality, particularly when it comes to outdoor cooking.

Scott Anderson are dedicated to creating delicious canapés that are handcrafted by their highly trained chefs. They also prepare scrumptious sharing wedding breakfasts, BBQ’s, hog roasts and evening platters to feast on. Priding themselves on designing bespoke menus around each couples requirements including catering for vegetarians, vegans and those with special dietary requirements.
Minno Kitchn create nourishing, healthy & wholesome food that is great for sharing, bringing your guests together. They will be with you every step of the way and, working closely with you, they will develop menu ideas, listen to your needs, offer help & advice on decoration, if needed, & make sure they incorporate your favourite flavours & dishes into your finalised menu so that the food for your day is as personal as it can be.
Tayberry Foods believe that food should be one of life’s great pleasures. From their farm kitchens in Kent, they focus on creating the highest quality dishes. They use only local suppliers where they can, including organic produce, select local meat, fish and game. This is reflected in the high quality of the food that they serve.
JUST ONE COOK
Just One Cook are an independent local catering company based in the heart of Kent, in Canterbury. Olivia, the cook, trained at Tante Marie, a Cordon Bleu cookery school, and then worked as a chef in a two rosette restaurant kitchen before setting up Just One Cook.
Curry Squad are a nationally acclaimed, multi-award winning, artisan Indian Street Food catering company based just outside of London. They have been feeding hungry mouths since 2013 and have remained bespoke and true to their core values whilst serving up delicious Indian street food like you would get on the street of Bombay, Agra, Hyderabad, Lahore and Delhi.
